CEO - Kristine Nault
Ms. Nault is the Chairman, CEO and Co-founder of BlueWater. She is a proven executive with over 20 years of experience in Federal Government contracting. She has a strong background in operations and finance that she applies to Defense, National Security and Civilian Programs. Under her leadership the company is expanding its business by cultivating operational maturity that is enabling BlueWater to deliver a diversified set of quality IT infrastructure and professional services to its Federal clients
Ms. Nault runs BlueWater with one Mission: Putting Customers First. To do this, she is driving a business culture within the company focused on quality, technical innovation, customer satisfaction, and employee involvement. She recognizes BlueWater’s corporate responsibility to contribute as a community partner and understands that the company’s contributions do impact our community in a meaningful way. In 2011, Ms. Nault was recognized by SmartCEO with a Brava Women Business Achievement Award for her collection of outstanding achievements in business and our community. Ms. Nault holds a BA in Liberal Arts from the University of Virginia.
President - Brian Nault
Mr. Nault is the President and Co-founder of BlueWater, where he is leading corporate strategy and business development. Mr. Nault is a proven executive with over 30 years of professional experience in the fields of financial services, information technology and Federal Government contracting. For the past 12 years Mr. Nault has focused on the execution of services strategies for BlueWater’s Defense and National Security clients, as well as business growth and development.
Prior to BlueWater, he worked at American Operations Corporation (AOC) as a Senior Vice President providing strategic planning, and technical and business solutions. Mr. Nault also spent over 17 years at Ford Motor Credit Company where he held positions in operations, finance and executive management. Mr. Nault also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Spinal Research Foundation (SRF), a nationwide patient-focused, 501(c)(3) non-profit, dedicated to driving the transformation of spinal health care through research, education, and patient advocacy. Mr. Nault holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern Maine.
COO - Erich Mendez
Mr. Mendez is the COO of BlueWater and responsible for all operations and service delivery. He has held other executive positions such as CEO for Aerient, LLC and President for AOC Connect, where he was responsible for building and managing the company’s federal business activities in the areas of information technology and network integration and management. Throughout his 20 year career, Erich has also held various management and senior corporate positions with AT&T, SBC, CellularVision, and Metromedia Fiber Networks. Erich holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics from the New York Institute of Technology.
CFO - Laura Price
Ms. Price is the Chief Financial Officer of BlueWater. She brings over 20 years of experience in Corporate Accounting and Financial Management within the government contracting sector. Laura is responsible for management and operations of Finance, Accounting, Contracts, Human Resource, and Pricing. She is highly experienced in “cost-plus” accounting and is the company liaison with the DCAA. She was nominated for Virginia Business Magazine, Virginia CFO of the Year in both 2011 and 2012 (finalist). Laura’s professional affiliations include membership in the Institute of Management Accountants and the Society for Human Resource Management. She holds a BS in Accounting and Finance from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
Vice President, Sales - Mark Schore
Mr. Schore has 30 years of technical, program, and operational credentials which he leverages in identifying, qualifying and pursuing new opportunities across BlueWater’s IDIQs. Mark served our nation in a military career that culminated as an Air Force Communications Program Manager. His 20-year career spanned world-wide assignments including program management, operations and maintenance, engineering and installation, and quality assurance. Since his retirement he has served DHS and DoD clients progressively as Network Operations Manager, Program Manager, and Director. Mark holds a Bachelors in Business from Strayer University and CIO Executive Certificate from University of Maryland University College. His certifications include Project Management Professional, ITIL, and Certified Scrum Master.
Vice President - Pete Brady
Pete Brady is a Vice President responsible for expanding BlueWater’s growth in the Federal Market. He brings over 30 years of leadership experience in planning, integrating and managing global Cyber and IT solutions on four continents supporting the US Government as both a soldier and executive. Specializing in building solutions that combine the right mix of partners, professional services and products to meet the dynamic requirements of today’s Federal customer. He understands full life cycle government sales and delivery with In-depth experience managing large multi-faceted organizations combined with a unique mix of skills and experience gained while working in dynamic environments including combat and humanitarian operations in Africa, Afghanistan, the Balkans and Iraq. Pete will leverage BlueWater’s multiple Prime Contracts and relationships with Key System Integrators, Defense Agencies, Combatant Commands and Intelligence Agencies.
